Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Maavi

At Maavi, we aim to provide you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you ever have questions or concerns about your order, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We accept returns/exchanges for:

    • Size issues

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect product delivered

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers, unless received damaged or defective.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.

  3. Once we receive the product, it undergoes a quality check (1–2 working days).

  4. After approval, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

4. Refund Terms

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality inspection.

  • Refund modes:

    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

    • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer/UPI

  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges depend on availability of the requested size or product.

  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

  • If the required item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or video for verification.

  • Replacements for verified issues will be processed on priority at no additional cost.
